Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team management, food service management, and hospitality, with expertise in banquet, catering, bartending, and restaurant management.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the business to ensure smooth operations
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals and maximize profitability
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Oversee food production, quality control, and adherence to health and safety regulations
- Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to optimize supply chain efficiency
- Collaborate with marketing teams to drive sales and customer engagement
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner
- Conduct interviews for hiring new employees and ensure proper onboarding procedures

Experience:
- Proven experience in team management within the food service industry
- Strong background in hotel or restaurant management with a focus on banquet services
- Knowledge of food handling regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control measures
